Common Questions

How do I connect to the NHT team?

1. Create a Telegram group and add @NHTChatOpsBot.
2. Send any message in the group — the bot will reply with a pairing ID.
3. Share the pairing ID with your NHT contact.
4. Once they claim the pairing, messages will flow both ways automatically.

What file types can I share?

You can share documents, images, video, audio, and voice messages. These are all relayed to the NHT team. Location messages are not supported.

My messages aren't being delivered

Make sure your group has been paired. If the bot gave you a pairing ID but you haven't shared it with your NHT contact yet, messages won't appear on their side until the pairing is claimed. If the issue persists, contact your NHT representative.

Can the bot be used in a private chat instead of a group?

No — the bot only works in Telegram groups. Please create a group and add the bot there to start the pairing process.
